Lake Point Tower is a 14-story condominium complex in Hallandale Beach, FL. This project features 208 units and waterfront living with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Units are being updated with new impact windows and glass sliding doors. GIP is also designing and installing project specific arched windows and curtain wall at their clubhouse. This project is expected to be complete by the end of Fall 2026. Systems used on this project include: Single Hung Windows (1000 Series), Picture Windows (3000 Series), Sliding Glass Doors (120 & 180 Series) and a Curtain Wall System (8000 Series).
