The Cape Royal Office Center features our Series 7000 Window Wall for the ground floor retail storefront and our Series 3000 Fixed Window on the tenant floors of the building. We also supplied and installed automatic entrance doors and swing doors for this project. The Cape Royal Office Center has undergone significant renovations to modernize its facilities and enhance its appeal. This office center is a 10-story office tower that has been a prominent fixture in the Cocoa Beach area since its construction in 1964. Recent renovations included updates to the building’s exterior and interior spaces, aiming to provide a bright, clean aesthetic. The office spaces have been remodeled to feature modern amenities, including central heating, air conditioning, and natural light.
