Casa Bel Mar is a recently completed affordable housing project located in Tampa, Florida. This community was built to provide high-quality, affordable housing for low-income individuals and families in this area. This project is a four-story mid-rise building featuring 100 units, a community center, library and tech lab, as well as a fitness center and club room for residents. GIP supplied and installed impact windows and glass sliding doors.
