The Island Cove Apartments consists of 5, 2-story residential buildings and features our Series 1000 Single Hung Windows and Series 6000 Glass Sliding Doors. We also performed work on the complex’s clubhouse. Island Cove Apartments features resort-style amenities, aims to address the growing need for affordable rental units in Delray Beach and provides a comfortable living environment for residents. The apartments are designed to provide affordable housing for households making 30% to 80% of the area’s median income.
